Part of my 'Gilded Wildflowers' collection, this work was created during my time living on the West Coast of Tasmania and the flowers I came across. I painted wildflowers(some call weeds) and treated them as if they were roses, and tulips and framed them in gold.
This beautiful amaryllis belladonna lily popped up every year in the bush behind our house.
